All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Postage is charged separately at checkout based on the size of your order.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.
HushBox currently ships to UK only. We do not currently ship overseas.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at sales@hushbox.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
